John Paul is the Founder of the Castledene Group and The Agency Roadmap. He's won the Sunday Times letting agency of the year, best agent in the North for four years in a row, and has been in the top three for Training and Development in the UK for four years straight. He's taken his expertise in building letting agencies and training other businesses and brought it to more people than ever with The Agency Roadmap.

This was a particularly interesting project because I started working on it midstream-- part of the problem was building the new membership site, and part of the problem was simplifying the partially-built project.

Some of the more interesting problems we solved together:

• The Agency Roadmap was running several different Learning Management Systems. We figured out the "must-have" features and stripped it down to its bare bones. Instead of LearnDash and eLearn Commerce, we used MemberPress and Memberoni, plus a custom-built roadmap functionality to help guide new members through the process of building a successful letting agency.
• John Paul didn't need a community site, because he already had a thriving private FaceBook group, but he needed a streamlined way to transfer his monthly Group Coaching FB Live content to the membership site. An exported FB live video + Vimeo Pro account + Excel Spreadsheet of timestamps is all we need to keep his members up to date on new happenings as they learn to navigate letting agencies in the times of COVID-19.
• John Paul is always developing new content, and he's able to provide access to his eBooks, paid individual courses, and new membership training content quickly and easily. MemberPress Rules + Custom Post Type Tags and Categories makes it easy to add new membership options and new content quickly and easily.
